Updog Yoga brings a yoga experience to Tulsa unlike any other. Led by long time yoga practitioner and teacher, Annie Clark, Updog offers infrared heated and non heated indoor classes as well as sunny, breezy outdoor yoga. You choose where to practice. Come join us for a class!
Our classes are for everyone and every level. You don’t have to prescribe to a certain dogma or look a certain way to be a yogi. We encourage you to march to your own drum: sing if you like; chant if it moves you; read best sellers or study ancient texts; find a great teacher or go to lots of teachers, but never forget that the answers you seek are within.

INDOOR CLASSES - We have a beautiful, spacious indoor studio heated with state-of-the-art infrared technology for the perfect zen-like yoga practice. The indoor studio has hospital-grade filtration and a fresh air return. The environment is hip and serene, and there is plenty of room to social distance. Our classes have three comfortable settings.

🌤 OUTDOOR CLASSES - Classes marked Indoor / Outdoor are available for outdoor practice when weather allows. Our 800-square-foot Outdoor yoga deck is heated with a healthy dose of sunshine and infrared heat panels to keep you toasty on cooler days. Where else can you watch the sunrise or sunset during your practice? Enjoy the deck throughout the year. We have fire pits for winter fun, and a consistent breeze accompanies summer heat on deck. We call it hot yoga with fresh air and a breeze ☀️
