Annie’s classes emphasize the rhythmic connection between breath and movement to help students release the mind, find some balance (or at least a sense of humor) and to heat up from the inside out.   Sweat, challenge yourself, let go and soften.

Kris Allison

Teaching since 2006, Kris strives to make all of her classes a positive and welcoming experience for students of all levels. She emphasizes the importance of making your yoga practice and your mat a safe haven where you are allowed to challenge yourself without judgment. Connection to breath, listening to one’s own body, laughter, and even dancing if the mood strikes you are all encouraged in her classes.

Sue Webb

Yoga is more than just movement—it's an opportunity to connect with your breath, body, and mind.Sue’s classes focus on the rhythm of breath and movement, creating space for self-discovery, growth, and release. Her trauma-informed training ensures a supportive environment where students feel empowered to honor their bodies and their journey. With a certification in Mindfulness Meditation from Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, Sue is dedicated to guiding others in mindful practices. She also offers transformative sound bath meditations that create deep relaxation and healing.Come to breathe, move, and renew.

Elizabeth Perkins

Embracing mindfulness through the art of movement, Elizabeth will guide yoga students through vinyasa flows and creative transitions while honoring traditional yoga poses. Elizabeth believes that finding presence through movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system. Join Elizabeth on a journey of self-discovery and strength through yoga. Elizabeth was a 200-hour yoga teacher trained at Second Side Yoga Studio in Dallas, TX.

Jenny Voss

Jenny combines her expertise in classical dance, choreography, and teaching with trauma-informed practices in yoga, somatic therapies, and energy healing. This fusion allows her to create a profoundly nurturing environment for individuals of all bodies and backgrounds.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or deepening your practice, Jenny invites you to come as you are and remember not to take yourself too seriously!

Julie Santomero

Julie has been a yoga devotee for over 30 years, a Power Yoga trained teacher for nearly 15 and still brings youth and joy to the mat. She loves teaching all levels and ages, her VS curated playlists and savasana. Join her for a fun practice that opens the body and soothes the soul.

Catherine Pryor Miller
E-RYT 500

Catherine has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 28 years and brings a therapeutic approach and warm hospitality to her classes. A graduate of Yoga Medicine's 500-hour cohort, she enjoys sharing her deeper understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and mental health and how these concepts relate to the ancient practice of yoga. She teaches with love and respect for her students and the practice.  Catherine is also a practicing Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, who uses yoga as a tool to address specific health challenges and create personalized programs for clients with medical conditions.

Jillian Schillaci
CYT

Jillian Schillaci found yoga in 2007, as a way to help her manage motherhood and life with more grace, ease and kindness. As a former ice skater and dancer, she realized that yoga felt very natural and healing for her body. Jillian loved yoga so much that she became a yoga teacher in 2008. Her easygoing approach, anatomical knowledge, and use of many styles of music makes her classes fun, informative, and effective! In addition to being a Yoga Instructor, Jillian is a Functional Bodyworker and Cranioscral Therapist.

Liz Lord

Liz is a dedicated yoga instructor with nearly a decade of experience teaching in the Tulsa community. Known for her rhythmic flows and yummy stretches, Liz creates a dynamic and grounding atmosphere in each class. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Liz’s classes offer a nurturing space to connect with both body and mind.
