Look at our class descriptions, levels and temperatures and pick a class that speaks to you!  Pre-registration is appreciated, but not required.   Drop-ins are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before class. 

*NEW Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your class if  you registered.  Although there are no late cancel fees at updog,  you will lose a class credit if you are registered for class and  NO SHOW.
